Sudoku Therapy For Sufferers Of ADD, ADDHD, Bi-polar Disorder...

As someone who suffered from a horrible, undiagnosed case of ADD for most of my life, along with guilt, depression and anxiety, and as one who does not believe in pharmaceuticals for things we can do for ourselves, I came to find that Sudoku was better than any drug.

To be able to sit still with all of my attention focused on those eighty-one squares was a learning experience.  Having never been able to sit still for my entire life, Sudoku offered me the ability to do so with the added reward of a completed puzzle!

I actually enter a meditative state while doing a Sudoku puzzle.  It also unleashes a creative state where I find myself making notes in the space around the puzzle that usually turn into BLAHGS!

You can check out my BLAHG at www.gabenewmanblahgs.blogspot.com

Please join this Sudoku Therapy Group if you want to end a scattered life without the use of prescription drugs.  My intent in creating this group is to help others help themselves as I learned to do myself.  You can't be any good to anybody else if you're scatter brained.  End the madness!  Do more Sudoku!

Sincerely,

Gabe Newman

Obama Phone

Dear President Obama, It is now 2016.  The next election is just a few days away, and your final term in office will conclude soon as well.  In 2008, I had a dream.  I dreamt I was in the Rose Garden having a conversation with you when you reached inside your coat pocket and gave me your cell phone telling me to call you.  I started to call you, but then I realized I had your cell phone.  So, how could I possibly call you if I had your phone?  I called the switchboard instead, and then I woke up. I woke up in 2008 to a life on the streets of Athens, GA.  This is ironic since I never imagined myself living on the streets, homeless, unemployed and somewhat hopeless; and after growing up on the Golf course in a middle class American lifestyle.  After three years on the streets, I finally got a job in 2011 where I remained until 2014.  Then, I became homeless again after serving six months in jail.  In the time since then, I have had thr...
